Jimena and Rafa travel by train to Asturias with the idea of making a film. We are living a life crisis and believe that this will help us overcome it. However, as we witness hoy the shooting fails due to the absurdity of its own nature, we reflect about our place in this world, about work, cinema and, especially, about love. "Elogio del Horizonte" is an intimate portrait of a couple that finds in love the only possible trench in which to survive in a hostile world.
