Marga Gutiérrez Diez studies Audiovisual Communication at the University of Navarra. She starts her career as a producer in several documentary projects for foundations and non-governmental organizations like Unicef, Alboan, Entreculturas or Cear,. All of them with Arena Comunicación, there, she develops the duties of production management in several international award-winning projects such as NOMADAK TX (2007)-Silverdocs-, PURA VIDA (2009)- Festival de San Sebastián, IDFA Best of Best-, DISTRICT ZERO (2015) -Festival de Guadalajara- or some TV series for the Spanish Public Television.She studies a master degree in Cultural Companies Management (UEMC), specialized in the audiovisual sector, and she decides to undertake her own projects with La Escena del Jardín. Some of her projects in this stage: CUERDAS, PIONERAS, QUÉ ES PARA TI EL AMOR. CUERDAS is her directional debut.She combines this labor with university teaching, as a professor of Documentary and as a tutor in the Audiovisual Communication degree’s Final Projects.
