She studied at ESCAC (Film and Audiovisual School of Catalonia), where he graduated in the specialty of directing. As a final project, she made the short film LA ÚLTIMA POLAROID, which was selected for many national and international festivals and winner of several awards.
Her first feature film, TRES DIES AMB LA FAMILIA (Three Days With The Family), was produced with the support of ESCAC. Premiered at the Malaga Film Festival in 2009, where she won three awards, also won the Gaudí Award for Best Direction, Best Film, and Best Actress and a Goya Award for Best New Director. In 2013 shoot her second feature film TOTS VOLEM EL MILLOR PER A ELLA (We all want what's best for her) premiered at SEMINCI Valladolid where it was awarded for best actress for Nora Navas. This role also gives her the Gaudí Award for best actress an a Goya nomination.
She has also returned to short films with AMICS (2012) and LA INQUILINA (2015). In 2018 she made the miniseries MATAR AL PADRE for Movistar +.
In 2024 she presents her feature film SALVE MARIA, world premiered at the Locarno Film Festival.
