Artur Pol Camprubí

Artur-Pol Camprubí is the director of photography for the feature films THE HUMAN HIBERNATION (2024) by Anna Cornudella (FIPRESCI Award at the Berlinale – Forum, Feroz Arrebato Non-Fiction Award), Àlex Sardà’s HAFREIAT (2022) (Best Film Award at DocEspaña-Seminci, Special Mention at MiradasDoc), and TOLYATTI ADRIFT (2022) by Laura Sisteró (Silver Horn Award at the Kraków International Film Festival, Best Documentary Award at Cinespaña). For “Tolyatti Adrift,” he was nominated for the Golden Frog at the 30th edition of the Camerimage Festival. He has also worked as a director of photography on several medium- and short-format films, including: +10K (2025) by Gala Hernández (Cannes Film Festival’s Quinzaine des Cinéastes), LA DURMIENTE (2025) by Maria Inês Gonçalves (European Film Academy Award at the Rotterdam International Film Festival), LA MÉCANIQUE DES FLUIDES (2022) by Gala Hernández (César Award for Best Documentary Short Film from the French Film Academy), BETIKO GAUA (2024) by Eneko Sagardoy (nominated for the Goya Award for Best Fiction Short Film by the Spanish Film Academy), and EL PRÍNCEP (2025) by Àlex Sardà (Best National Short Film at Seminci, Gaudí Award for Best Fiction Short Film from the Catalan Film Academy).

In 2021, he enrolled in a graduate program in filmmaking at Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, where he developed and produced his first short film as a director: PODUL DE PIATRÂ / PONT DE PEDRA, which received a special mention at the 69th San Sebastián Film Festival (Nest) and was selected for Sheffield DocFest, Punto de Vista, and FICUNAM, among others.
