Pablo García Pérez de Lara (Barcelona, ​​1970) is a founding partner of the Doble Banda production company established in 1998. He has directed three feature films: "Fuente Álamo, la caricia del tiempo" (2001), premiered at Valladolid-Seminci, "Bolboreta, mariposa, papallona" (2007), in the official section of Karlovy Vary and San Sebastián and "Tchindas", co-directed with Marc Serena, with 11 international awards and nominated for the AMAA AWARD of Africa. His short film "Alicia retratada" (2002) was selected at the Semaine de la critique in Cannes and "Oblidant a Nonot" (2010) received, among other awards, the City of Alcalá Award at ALCINE in 2011. On TV, he directed the documentaries "Son de Galicia" (2006) and "Mura, a movie town" (2010). He has worked in more than thirty productions, usually as an editor and or cinematographer like "Familystrip" (2009) by Luis Miñarro or "El efecto K: el montador de Stalin" (2012) by Valentí Figueres, selected in 60 festivals. Since 2005 he collaborates with the association A Bao A Qu with the Cinema in Curs project.
