Pablo Quijano studied drama at the Estudio Corazza for the actor. He is a director who works between film and theater. He currently collaborates as an assistant director to the theater director Ernesto Caballero in numerous works such as "Esta noche se improvisa la Comedia" by Pirandello (Teatro Español) or "El Proceso" by Kafka (Centro Dramático Nacional, Teatro María Guerrero). Also in all the productions of the Teatro Urgente company, in residence at the Teatro Galileo: "Yerma", "Hannah Arendt en tiempos de Oscuridad" by Karina Garantivá, or "Voltaire" by Juan Mayorga, a production in which he also acts.

As a theater director, he debuts at the Teatro Galileo with his play "La gaviota o los hijos de", a very free version of Chekhov's classic, research between cinema and theater, which results in the birth of his own company "los hijos de". This show, whose cast includes Alejandro Jato, Georgina Amorós, Xoán Fórneas, Tábata Cerezo, Lola Rodríguez, and Olivia Baglivi, after selling out in its premiere theater, is reprogrammed in the Sala Exlímite and performs outside Madrid, including the Teatro Lava in Valladolid.

His debut on the big screen comes with MARINERA DE LUCES (Sailor of Lights), a short film starring Laura Corbacho, Jorge Suquet, and Mariola Fuentes, which wins numerous awards and special mentions from the jury at the festivals of Medina del Campo, Valladolid Film Festival, Aguilar de Campoo or Skyline Benidorm, among other official sections such as the Madrid Film Festival, Elche, Aspe or Palencia.

In 2023 he shot RUBIO COBRIZO (Blonde Copper) his second short film, produced by Quiet Producciones and starring María Barranco and Elisa Matilla.

He is currently writing his first feature film, preparing the shooting of his third short film, and working on his next stage play.
